Guest Registration
Guest registration is available for $529 per guest. Guest registration is reserved for friends and family of attendees and includes all provided meals and admittance to ASA-sponsored networking events in the Exhibit Hall. All guests must be accompanied by a paid attendee and may not be employed by an anesthesia practice or professionally involved in anesthesiology or any related industry. Guest registration does not include any continuing education credit.
Per ASA policy, children under age 16 (except infants as described below) are not permitted in educational sessions or in the Exhibit Hall and cannot be registered as guests. If you have extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception to this policy, please reach out to registration@asahq.org.
Babywearing and carried infants under the age of one are welcome in educational sessions. Babywearing and infants in strollers are allowed in the Exhibit Hall during regular show hours. Strollers must be left outside educational sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by December 18, 2026, will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Please note that refunds will not be given after December 18, or for no-shows. Please contact registration@asahq.org with any questions or to submit a cancellation request.
