Guest Registration

Guest registration is available for $125 per guest and is reserved for friends and family of attendees. All guests must be accompanied by a paid attendee and may not be professionally involved in Anesthesiology or any related industry.

Guest registration includes:

Admittance to all ASA sponsored networking events in the Exhibit Hall
Admittance to non-ticketed educational sessions

Guest registration does not include medical education credit.

Per ASA policy, children under age 16 (except infants as described below) are not permitted in educational sessions or in the Exhibit Hall and cannot be registered as Guest Attendees. If you have extenuating circumstances that warrant an exception to this policy, please reach out to meetings@asahq.org.

Babywearing and carried infants are welcome in educational sessions, and babywearing and infants in strollers are allowed in the Exhibit Hall during regular show hours. Strollers must be left outside educational sessions.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Deadline: Friday, September 18, 2026

Requests for cancellation received via email on or before Friday, September 18, 2026, will be refunded; however, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated on the total amount collected during registration.
