6. TMA Litigation & ASA Support

   Texas Medical Association Litigation and ASA Support

   The Texas Medical Association (TMA) played a major role in challenging federal implementation of the No Surprises Act, particularly regulations that heavily favored insurer-calculated QPAs during the IDR process.
