To build ASA leadership and foundational support for anesthesiologist excellence in perioperative medicine, ASA expanded our resources and educational modules for anesthesiologists to implement the latest ASA practice guidelines. The guidelines are essential for anesthesiologists to improve patient safety, quality, clinical outcomes, patient experience, and clinical efficiency.
Website enhancements related to guidelines on neuromuscular blockade, care for the older adult, and pain management include access to the original practice guideline and methodology, implementation modules, pocket cards, and other resources for anesthesiologists to improve and update their clinical care.
