Barbara M Rogers MD, MBOE, FASA

Barbara M Rogers MD, MBOE, FASA, is a professor of anesthesiology at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. She is active on the neuro-anesthesia team, is medical director of the preoperative assessment center , as well as rotates onto the obstetric ward. She has experience in obstetric anesthesia in both large and small hospital settings. She served as chief of anesthesia in a small hospital, where she reorganized, standardized and updated O.B anesthesia care. She is active on ASA, OSA, and SPAQI committees, teaches residents and medical students and is involved in research.

Shobana Rajan, MD, FASA

Shobana Rajan, MD, FASA, serves as the program director for the neuroanesthesia fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, where she has forged a notable career in anesthesiology. She leads the International Council for Perioperative Neuroscience Training (ICPNT), which accredits Neuroanesthesia fellowships worldwide, and holds a position on the board of directors for the Society for Neuroscience in Anesthesiology and Critical Care (SNACC).

In addition, Dr. Rajan is deeply involved with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). She chairs the ASA's abstract review committee for clinical neurosciences, is an editorial board member for the ASA Monitor, and participates on the editorial board of the Anesthesia Continuing Education (ACE) program.

Dr. Rajan is passionately committed to educational innovation, with a philosophy centered on learner-focused teaching of foundational principles. Her leadership and dedication to education have earned her several prestigious accolades, including the SNACC Teacher of the Year-Lifetime Educator Award and the ASA Distinguished Educator Award.

Keya Locke, MD, MBA

Keya Locke, MD, MBA, serves as the medical director of perioperative services at UF-North in Jacksonville Florida. Dr. Locke has been an assistant professor at UF Jacksonville since 2017. She completed medical school at UF Gainesville, residency at UF Jacksonville, and graduated from UF Warrington School of Business with an MBA in 2020. Her current interests include practice management and organizational behavior. She hopes to bring a better understanding of how organizations “breathe” and begin to apply strategies of successful organizations to medical ones. Dr. Locke is a member of the ASA practice management and women in anesthesia committees.
