ASA understands that we can’t be all work without play. They don’t just talk about work/life balance, they practice it. Taking time off is encouraged as well as attending planned wellness activities to remain healthy and balanced. There are also many ways to engage and socialize with colleagues from trivia contests and bingo games, to volunteer committees and affinity groups. I’m proud to be an employee of the ASA where I get to collaborate with amazing physicians, have fun at work and meet my goals and responsibilities.

Growth has defined my experience at ASA. ASA actively supports long-term development and new ideas. While working full-time, I completed my PhD at a leading institution in networked and adult learning, and ASA covered most of my tuition.
